We recently recieved a tin from the Pembroke Cookie Company. And we have to say they were the most delicious cookies ever. The presentation alone was well worth it! The cookies were very yummy and there was a fight over the last one! Looks like we will be ordering a new batch very soon!!

I love these cookies. Lisa continuously produces the most delicious and gorgeous cookies you can imagine. Not only is Lisa a great baker, she is a great person. Our children are in the same pre-school class and she is extremely generous with her time for the kids. I also have the benefit of enjoying her cookies at every pre-school event!!!
